Two weeks to go until our St Patrick's Day celebration!
There's just two weeks to go until our annual St Patrick's Day (or should that be Eve) celebration in the House of Commons on Wednesday 16th March. If you've not received your invitation in the post then please check your membership details are up to date by making sure you're registered here.
We're delighted to say that we're going to be joined by Alan Johnson MP, who is leading the Labour In campaign ahead of this June's crucial European referendum. He'll speak about the strength of the British-Irish relationship and why we're better off together in Europe.
And if that wasn't enough we've also got Labour's candidate for Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan MP coming along. In addition to Sadiq speaking about the importance of mobilising the Irish vote this May, he will be presenting the Gerry Ryan Community Award to the New Horizon Youth Centre who work with some of the most vulnerable and at risk young people in London.
If your membership has lapsed then please renew online (here) in advance of the event and we look forward to seeing you from 6pm - 8pm, in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Room off Westminster Hall on Wednesday 16th March. You should enter via Cromwell Green and allow 10 minutes minimum to pass through security.
